The Residents Committee manages the maintenance of the Green Areas which includes a special focus on the care of and an appreciation for all
the trees and the promotion of biodiversity in Maryborough Estate.
The Residents Committe has followed up on previous representations to Cork City Council in relation to concerns about pedestrian safety in the estate:
- NTA BusConnects: Public Transport & NTA CycleConnects: Cycle Route Public Consultations - Submissions on behalf of MERA completed with an emphasis on Pedestrian Safety, Junction Improvements and Traffic Calming within Maryborough Estate.
The MERA Committee or Residents Committee hope to improve our Membership policy whereby a Member Home Owner pays the Annual Maryborough Estate Residents Association Subscription Fee as it becomes due each year.
The Subscription Fee will be reviewed and set at the Annual General Meeting.
